100% fabric inspection is done, 10% of received trims is inspected

Panels inspection

Cut parts are inspected as per the approved pattern. Each bunch of bundle 3 points ie. top, middle and bottom part

Inline QC 7.0 & Traffic light system

Random inspection in line for all operators. Using 7.0 system and traffic light system

Table QC/Endline inspection

100% inspection for garments inside and outside after stitching.

Final inspection (2.5 AQL)

Pre-Final inspection for goods before packing and after final packing Final inspection is done using 2.5 AQL
